Traveling for Work Pt 3: What to Wear On the Plane
It’s tempting to want to throw on your yoga pants and a sweatshirt when facing 24+ hours of flying, but it’s really not a good idea. From being treated better by flight staff to being presentable if you run into people you know (yes, it happens – you’d be surprised!), looking somewhat put together is an important component to flying.
And you can still be comfortable. I’ve tested many outfits for longer flights, and for my trips to Asia, I generally wear something like this:
Today’s look is a departure from that norm due to a foot injury. I’m switching it up with jean trousers and patent leather Birkenstock sandals. This colorful scarf will keep me warm, even though I am headed to hot temperatures – flights can get surprisingly cold!
